Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist or Technical Recruiter.
- Solid understanding of the IT landscape, various tech stacks, and engineering roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
