Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond promptly to IT-related inquiries and service requests from users, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Perform regular maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of IT systems, servers, and infrastructure.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer systems, applications, and network components.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations accurately for knowledge management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT technical support, ideally at a Mid-Senior level, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), common office software, and network protocols.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and patiently to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
