Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues to end-users.
- Assist users with IT-related inquiries and basic troubleshooting of systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.
- Document technical procedures and solutions for common problems and FAQs.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.
