Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for IT and telecommunications infrastructure at Rodos Airport.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of airport-critical IT systems.
- Collaborate with central IT teams and various airport departments.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service requests, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT field engineering or technical support role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English; Greek language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by airport operations.
