Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality and Food Safety department for all operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Ensure strict compliance with national and international food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee all quality control processes for innovative gastronomic solutions.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality and food safety best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food & beverage industry.
- Profound knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills at an executive level.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential for this role in Argentina.
