Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure JIRA instances, workflows, schemes, and custom fields.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within JIRA and integrated tools.
- Develop and maintain custom JIRA dashboards, filters, and complex workflows.
- Provide technical support and training to JIRA users, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Ensure JIRA system performance, stability, and security through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate JIRA with other systems and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator or similar role in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, issue types, and security schemes.
- Experience with JIRA plugin installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
