Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruitment marketing activities and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources support, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global delivery services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
