Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records. Support senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintain organized and comprehensive financial files and documentation. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Requirements Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
