Key Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and regulate oven temperatures.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and ensure proper portioning and garnish.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared and communicate needs during busy periods.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials and inform F&B staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
• Prepare cold foods and assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

Requirements

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and reach overhead and below the knees.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets.
