Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately.
- Maintain and organize all financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures under supervision.
- Aid in the preparation of financial statements and various management reports.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
