Key Responsibilities
- Support the finance team in day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities.
- Assist with monitoring deposits and posting them accurately and on time in the broking system.
- Assist in the timely posting of payments, both fiduciary and non‑fiduciary.
- Process employee expense reports and ensure they comply with company policy.
- Prepare and enter basic intercompany transactions for review and approval.
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and required documentation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (internships and traineeships can be included).
- Experience with financial accounting, controllership support, or external audit is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CMA, CPA) achieved or in progress is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
