Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements for banking and payment solutions.
• Assist in translating business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate project information.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solution integrity and quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in the banking and payment sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the banking or payments industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other regional languages is considered a plus.
