Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-house legal counsel and support for corporate matters.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international legal regulations.

- Conduct legal research and provide accurate summaries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on various projects requiring legal input.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally in an in-house setting (1 Year+).
- Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
