    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide in-house legal counsel and support for corporate matters.

    • Conduct legal research and provide accurate summaries and recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally in an in-house setting (1 Year+).
    • Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance.
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
