Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and creation of new fragrance concepts for various product categories.
• Support the fragrance development team in market research and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with perfumers and technical teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare and present fragrance samples to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and documentation for fragrance development initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in fragrance development, product management, or a similar role.
• Strong passion for fragrances and a keen sense of olfaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
