Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for internal employees, addressing IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of helpdesk requests, incidents, and resolutions using tracking software.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation.
- Assist with user account management and access permissions.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for Information Technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in a tech environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with common office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
