Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Specialist to join our HR team in Łódź. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will focus on supporting HR administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, excellent organizational skills, and the drive to grow in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee HR documentation and personnel files
  • Ensure data accuracy in WorkDay, TETA, and RCP systems
  • Monitor and reconcile working hours, schedules, and leave records
  • Organize medical examinations and maintain compliance with labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics for internal use
  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Collaborate with external providers on employee benefits and training
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Polish; English proficiency at B1 or above
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with WorkDay or TETA preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong team spirit and eagerness to develop professionally
