Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Business Partner in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Contribute to performance management and employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in executing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
