Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses.
- Support the due diligence process for various M&A and capital markets transactions.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for client engagements.
- Conduct in-depth market research on capital markets and financial services trends.
- Collaborate effectively with senior specialists on diverse investment banking projects.
- Maintain and update industry knowledge, regulatory changes, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and results-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
