Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests from users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical assistance and support for internal and external customers.
- Assist in managing IT assets and inventory.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant vocational certificate or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
