Job Overview
Orion Funded is seeking a Junior IT & Systems Administrator to take care of our office IT environment and help keep everything running smoothly. You will support office desktops, network and Wi-Fi, basic cloud/infra, and day-to-day tech issues for the team. Experience with trading platforms such as MT5 is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain office desktops/laptops (Windows, and/or macOS if applicable).
- Install and update standard software, antivirus, and security patches.
- Provide first-line support for employees (accounts, access, printing, email, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain office network (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, cabling, rack equipment).
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and escalate when needed.
- Help manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Google Workspace – depending on your stack).
Requirements
- Around 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or junior sysadmin role.
- Good understanding of Windows desktop environments (install, configure, troubleshoot).
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs conceptually) and experience with switches/routers/Wi-Fi.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures/runbooks.
- Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
