Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and integrity.
- Support the implementation and integration of new IT solutions and technologies.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and system changes.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking (TCP/IP), and server hardware.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
