Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support senior account managers in developing and executing account strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, customer service) to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
