Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of learning management systems (LMS).
- Provide technical support to students and instructors regarding learning platforms.
- Help in uploading, organizing, and updating course content and materials effectively.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues or bugs promptly.
- Collaborate with the content development team for new course integration.
- Contribute to improving the overall user experience of digital learning tools.
Requirements
