Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimization of Managed Service Providing (MSP) solutions for clients.
- Assist in analyzing client needs and contributing to strategic HR-tech recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, documenting requirements and action items.
- Contribute to reports and presentations on project progress and solution performance.
- Stay updated on HR-tech trends and best practices in MSP.
Requirements
- A keen interest in HR-tech, Managed Service Providing, or IT Sourcing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, HR, IT, or related field) preferred.
