Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of Managed Service Providing (MSP) solutions for clients.
• Assist in analyzing client needs and contributing to strategic HR-tech recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, documenting requirements and action items.
• Contribute to reports and presentations on project progress and solution performance.
• Stay updated on HR-tech trends and best practices in MSP.

Requirements

• A keen interest in HR-tech, Managed Service Providing, or IT Sourcing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, HR, IT, or related field) preferred.
