Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and management of trading instruments on MetaTrader 5.
- Monitor trading activity to ensure accurate execution and compliance with company policies.
- Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct daily reconciliations between client trading accounts and payment systems.
- Provide internal and external support on platform navigation and trade-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
- Basic understanding of forex and CFD trading principles.
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 5 is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
