Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and plans.
- Support the monitoring of project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
- Prepare and analyze project progress reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Contribute to the identification of potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure planning activities align with project goals and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project planning or project controls, preferably within the construction or technology integration sector.
- Familiarity with project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
