Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in candidate sourcing and screening processes.
• Assist in managing candidate databases and recruitment administration tasks.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and gather relevant professional information.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through career development.
• Contribute to business development activities under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and develop a successful career in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (Dutch/French) is highly beneficial.
