Key Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in candidate sourcing and screening processes.
- Assist in managing candidate databases and recruitment administration tasks.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and gather relevant professional information.
- Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through career development.
- Contribute to business development activities under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn and develop a successful career in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Dutch/French) is highly beneficial.
