Key Responsibilities
- Support sales initiatives to attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
