Job Overview
Glimpse Digital Agency is hiring a full-time, on-site Junior Social Media Executive / Intern in Dubai.
In this entry-level role, you’ll help manage communities, create and schedule platform-specific content, and support client communications.
You’ll collaborate closely with design and paid media teams to deliver consistent, high-quality monthly content that grows engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communities across platforms and engage audiences.
- Support creation of editorial calendars and assist with copywriting.
- Create, curate, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with design and paid media specialists to deliver monthly content plans.
- Generate regular reports on performance metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor industry trends.
- Perform quality checks to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
- Handle client communications as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a social media agency.
- Strong copywriting and community management skills.
- Up-to-date with social trends, tools, and best practices.
- Preferably on a dependent visa; UAE driving license is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
