    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the Garde Manger and Sushi sections, ensuring exceptional quality.
    • Lead and mentor junior culinary staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Develop and implement creative new dishes and menus, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
    • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies and local regulations.
    • Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste within assigned sections.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen leads to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent in Garde Manger and Sushi, preferably in a luxury hotel.
    • Strong knowledge of international culinary techniques, particularly in cold kitchen and sushi preparation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
