Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining server hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues for internal users and applications.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and ensure security policies are followed.
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior system administrators on project deployments and system upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in system administration, IT support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
