Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a global context.
  • Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
