Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and proposals to determine the scope and cost requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and suppliers to gather essential data for budgeting.
• Monitor and control project budgets throughout their lifecycle, identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project costs, expenses, and revenues, preparing regular financial reports.
• Ensure all estimations and budgeting activities strictly adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cost estimation or budgeting specifically within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software for estimation, budgeting, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations, market conditions, and material costs in Czechia is highly advantageous.
