Key Responsibilities
- Manage key retail accounts and develop strong client relationships in Costa Rica.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector for embedded insurance products.
- Negotiate and close B2B2C partnerships to expand Insurama’s market presence.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the Costa Rican market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape in embedded insurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Business Development, preferably in retail, insurance, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to market expansion.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
