Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maximize growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
