Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maximize growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
