Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.

- Understand client needs and propose suitable gate, loading, and protection system solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or sales within the machinery manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Czech and English is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel to client sites across Czechia and Slovakia.
