Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored HR and talent solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand service offerings within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within HR or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and client-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
