Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for assigned key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and product solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration within existing accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar sales role, preferably in F&B.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
