Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing accounts.
- Understand client needs and effectively propose tailored business software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product development and support to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform and adapt sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of business software solutions, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in both Greek and English languages is required.
