Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the cement and clinker sectors.
- Drive sales and achieve ambitious targets for cement and clinker products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar sales role, preferably in cement, clinker, or building materials.
- Strong understanding of the cement and clinker market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
