Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets for KitchenAid products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and sales volume.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of KitchenAid products to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in consumer appliances.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
