Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key merchant accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the merchant portfolio.
- Understand merchant payment requirements and propose suitable FYST solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations) to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and merchant feedback to inform strategy.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or business development, preferably within the FinTech or payment processing industry.
- Solid understanding of online payment solutions, e-commerce, and merchant acquiring.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
