    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans for oncology products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the oncology field.
    • Drive commercial objectives and market penetration for breakthrough therapies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launch and market access.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to identify new opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines in pharmaceutical commercialization.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in oncology or pharmaceuticals.
    • Strong understanding of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, especially in oncology.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
    • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
    • Residency or legal authorization to work in Estonia.
