Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within the Personal Care & Beauty portfolio for Foodstuffs SI.
- Drive sales growth and market share for Unilever’s leading brands.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG Personal Care & Beauty.
- Strong understanding of the New Zealand retail landscape, particularly Foodstuffs SI.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
