Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow key accounts in retail and online channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and sales trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
- Experience in retail and online sales channels is essential.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
