Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key retail accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver tailored talent solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar sales role, preferably within retail or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the retail apparel and fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
