Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key grocery retailers in the assigned territory.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at grocery accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in key account management, particularly within the grocery or FMCG sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic action plans.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth.
