Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or similar sales role in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of international trade, supply chain, and freight forwarding processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
