Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the Kids Club at all times.
- Organize and lead engaging activities, games, and creative play for children of various ages.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and child-friendly environment in the Kids Club.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities and well-being.
- Handle minor incidents and emergencies professionally and according to protocol.
- Ensure all Kids Club policies and procedures are adhered to for a smooth operation.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting preferred.
- Passion for working with children and fostering a positive play environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a calm demeanor in a dynamic environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
