Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in various activities at the Kid’s Club.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and entertainment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kid’s Club facilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities.
- Adhere to all Hilton safety and service standards.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
